YouTube is currently beta testing a new video quiz feature, which you can opt in for from this page on the website. The page, originally spotted by WebSonic.nl, lets you display multiple questions on the top of your video during playback so the viewer can answer it. It helps to make videos a bit more interactive. In the video editor you go to the questions bar and fill in the boxes. From there you can view a summary of the answers on your analytics page.
There is one thing to caution though, the page states that while this feature is in beta, there is no plan for long-term support of this feature and it may be removed at any time without notice.
