It looks like students enrolled in Chicago schools get a break from education. The Chicago school system has shut down the city’s schools as Chicago teachers rallied on their sixth day at strike.
Both sides expressed students may be back in class by Monday, but without any deal signed, the strike is not going to be over just yet.
Joining the strike were thousands of parents and even students, who declared their solidarity with them.
