The Minnesota Black Bear Casino included 60 pounds of bacon, (YUM!) 50 pounds of lettuce, 50 pounds of sliced onions, 40 pounds of pickles and 40 pounds of cheese. How’d they cook the patties? It took FOUR hours to cook both patties. A crane was used to flip it.
