With the United States Presidential Race well under way, popular social networking website Twitter has released a Political Index The Political Index is a daily measurement of Twitter users’ feelings towards the candidates as expressed in nearly two million Tweets each week.
It’s then graphed over time to show the two races and how they rank popularity wise.
The Twitter Political Index is built in partnership with the data analysis team at Topsy and two respected polling firms, The Mellman Group and North Star Opinion Research.
