After unveiling OS X Mountain Lion to bloggers earlier this year and officially to the world at WWDC 2012 roughly a month and a half ago, in Apple’s Q3 financial earnings press release Apple announced that 10.8 Mountain Lion will be released at some point today. Available through the Mac App Store and costing $19.99. (free for users who purchased a Mac on or after June 11, 2012)
The update, said to be more minor compared to 10.7 Lion, is going to include features such as Game Center, Notification Center, sharing to services such as Twitter, voice dictation, and a whole lot more – over 200 new features to be exact.
