Edbassmaster is at it again. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Ed, he lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and films pranks for YouTube. To date he has over 450 videos with really funny stuff. He dresses up as different characters and goes around improvising pranks on people. Characters/aliases of him include Teste, Swollen Guy, Mumbles, and even himself. In this one he plays Skippy, who is more of a lonely “forever alone” guy. It was suggested to him that he go around proposing to random people for Valentine’s Day, and he did just that.
